Caira White CFP®

Caira White, our Director of Financial Planning Operations, works with our community to ensure a worry-free financial planning experience from beginning to end. Since joining the team in 2019, Caira has supported ELS Vision Wealth Management in financial planning operations, account servicing, brand and process management, event coordination, and community engagement. She understands that most financial journeys are rarely linear and can be intimidating to navigate alone. Because of this, she is dedicated to helping clients build their financial blueprints and achieve their life goals.

Demonstrating her value of education, Caira is a CFP® professional who holds the Series 7, 66, and Life and Health Insurance licenses. She has a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning and a minor in General Business from Texas Tech University.She spent time at a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm, where she created customized financial plans for a variety of clients, each with unique goals and complexities. This experience broadened her understanding of different financial needs, helping her to better serve a diverse range of clients.

Outside of work, Caira enjoys trying new homemade recipes, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and taking on her latest DIY project. She’s a great source for an inspiring quote and a dose of positivity.
